Food and wine: Fanes Hut specialties

The recipes of the Fanes Hut are certainly an aspect of the Refuge that has to be taken into consideration. Various dishes, something different every day, always well presented and genuine.

Lunch is served between 12.00 and 2.00 PM. If you want to join us for dinner, please reserve a table, we serve dinner between 6.30 and 7.30 PM.

Preference is given to Ladin cuisine, but also national and international dishes are served.

Also gluttons will be greatly satisfied in the Fanes Hut.

The selection of wines, grappa and liquors is large and rich with special attention to typical South Tyrolean products.
